Shipping policy

Every piece is made to order by our print partner after you check out. That is why nothing sits in a warehouse.

Production takes 2 to 5 business days. Delivery after that takes 5 to 7 business days in the US and 7 to 14 elsewhere. Plan on 7 to 12 business days total for most orders. The knit sweater can run up to 3 weeks longer.

Orders over $120 ship free. Under that, shipping is calculated at checkout.

You get a tracking email as soon as your order leaves production. Customs, duties and taxes on international orders are the buyer's responsibility.

Wrong address? Email us within 24 hours of ordering and we will try to fix it before production starts.
