How long until it ships?
Everything is made to order. Production takes 2 to 5 business days, then delivery. Most orders land in 7 to 12 business days total. The knit sweater can take up to 3 weeks longer.
Is shipping free?
Free over $120. Under that, the rate shows at checkout before you pay.
What if something arrives wrong?
Damaged, misprinted or wrong item? Email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we will reprint it or refund you. No need to send it back.
How do I track my order?
You get a tracking email as soon as it leaves production. Check spam if you don't see it.
Wrong address?
Email us within 24 hours of ordering and we'll try to fix it before production starts.
